What are the eligilibility conditions?
|
| |
Membership is extended
to 2 groups of customers:
* If you have just purchased a new Nissan (both Passenger & Commercial)
from Tan Chong or its authorised dealers, you will automatically receive
a membership card in about 3 weeks after your date of vehicle registration.
* If you have signed up for the Nissan Preventive Maintenance Program
(NPMP) with our service centre, you are also entitled to apply for
the Nissan Advantage Card. To apply, please contact our showrooms
or service centres for a copy of the application form (Indicate on
the top right hand corner of the form “NPMP”). For more
information on what is NPMP, click here.

What
are the benefits of this card?

As a member, you will get a
$500 off your next Nissan (passenger or commercial) purchased from
Tan Chong or our authorised dealers. On top of that, you will also
be entitled to discounts and privileges at over 40 merchants islandwide,
ranging from car-related products to beauty and lifestyle services.
Additionally, as a member, you will be entitled to use our online services.
Simply register as a user with your membership number and you may make use of the various services available.

How
do I make use of the online services?
|

Please note that
this service is only extended to Nissan Advantage Card members. To
make use of our online services, you will first need to register as
an online user. To register, Go to www.nissan.com.sg
,click on “Register as a user” at the bottom of the page.
Complete the form and click submit”. Please note that you will
need to key in a maximum 10 characters password and your Nissan Advantage
Card no.

My
card is expiring soon, how should I go about renewing it?
|

All members will
receive a renewal form from Tan Chong Motors at least a month before
the expiry date. You will need to be still in ownership of the vehicle
in order to renew the membership. To renew, simply complete the form
and mail or fax it to us along with a copy of your valid motor insurance
certificate. Once your form has been received, we will process your
renewal and mail a replacement card to you within 3 weeks’ time.
If your card is expiring within one month and you have yet to receive
a renewal form, please click here

What
should I do if I lost the renewal form? Can I still renew?

or mail in a copy of your valid motor insurance certificate to 6469
0872, indicating your address and contact numbers on the fax. Once
your fax has been received, we will process your renewal and mail
a replacement card to you within 3 weeks’ time.
