1. |
The terms defined and used herein shall have the following meanings:
- "Card" refers to the Nissan Advantage Card;
- "Cardholder" refers to the registered Nissan owner (individual or company) whose name and
vehicle registration number appear on the card; and
- "Tan Chong" refers to Tan Chong Motor Sales Pte Ltd.

2. |
Words importing the singular number shall
include the plural and the masculine gender shall include the feminine and neuter. |

|
3. |
Upon acceptance of the Card, the Cardholder is
bound by the terms and conditions of the Card as defined herein. |
| |
|
|
4. |
The Card will expire three years from the date
of approval of application. |
| |
|
|
5. |
The Card is not transferable and shall cease to be valid
upon the transfer of ownership of vehicle or the expiry of the Card, whichever occurs earlier. |
| |
|
|
6. |
Upon expiry of the Card, renewal is not automatic and will
be subjected to the terms and conditions applicable at that time. The Cardholder shall undertake to
produce any documents required for the renewal to take place. |

|
7. |
Tan Chong shall have the right as its absolute discretion
to cancel, withdraw or terminate the Card without notice and upon such cancellation or refusal or
termination, the Cardholder shall surrender forthwith his Card to Tan Chong. |

|
|
8. |
Only the Cardholder is entitled to use the Card, provided
that the Card is always used in conjunction with the Nissan vehicle whose vehicle registration number
appears on the Card (for car-related services only). |

|
9. |
Tan Chong shall not be liable in any manner for the loss
or damaged suffered by the Cardholder by reason of or arising out of the use of the Card. |

|
|
10. |
The Cardholder is required to present his Card before purchase
of any goods and/or services without demand from the merchants associated with the Card to enjoy the
benefits or discounts. The Cardholder shall be liable for all transactions arising out of the use of
the Card. |

|
11. |
All discounts and benefits stated are applicable for the
period from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2007 only and subject to change at any time. |

|
|
12. |
Tan Chong shall not be liable or responsible for the goods
and/or services supplied by a merchant to the Cardholder or in respect of any contract or transaction
entered into by such a merchant with the Cardholder connected with the use of the Card. |
| |
|
|
13. |
The Cardholder shall immediately inform Tan Chong and confirm
the same in writing for any loss or misplacement of the Card. A nominal replacement fee of S$5.00 will
be charged for replacing the Card. |

|
|
14. |
Upon termination of his Card either by Tan Chong
or the Cardholder, the Cardholders shall not use or attempt to use the Card and such shall be deemed fraudulent. |
| |
|
|
15. |
The Cardholder shall duly notify Tan Chong
in writing of any change in vehicle ownership, vehicle number or any other particulars
of the Cardholder. |

|
|
16. |
Tan Chong reserves the right to repeal or
amend in any way, at any time or any of the rules and regulations of the Card at its absolute
discretion. The Cardholder shall be bound by any variation or amendment or addition to the rules
and regulations herewith. |
