VQV6 ENGINES

Power is supplied by a choice of two V6 engines on the Teana 350XV and 250XV. The 3.5L VQ35DE and 2.5L VQ25DE engines provides quick response, smooth acceleration and an abundance of low- and mid-range torque and high-end power. New intake systems and a six-point engine mounting help to minimize noise.

MR20DE ENGINE

The new and lighter 2.0L MR20DE engine on the 200XL provides excellent torque in the low- and mid-RPM range, while offering outstanding fuel efficiency in its class.

XTRONIC CVT

In tandem with each of Teana's high-performance engines, Xtronic CVT delivers faster processing speeds, reduced friction, wider gear ratios and enhanced fuel economy.

The new CVT control unit analyses speed and cornering, driver intention and incline, then applies Adaptive Shift Control (ASC) logic recognises up to 700 driving patterns and decides the best shift pattern to suit road conditions and the driver's intention. The Teana 350XV models features new Xtronic CVT with 6-speed manual mode.

SUSPENSION

Teana features a refined suspension and all-new Nissan D-platform that isolates noise and vibration in the cabin that you won’t notice what's going on below. The multi-link rear suspension and its shock absorbers are optimized in the most efficient position on the Nissan D-platform. The result is a carefree, confident handling and an especially smooth ride.
