Nissan $300,000 Cash Windfall

RULES & REGULATIONS

1. New Nissan vehicles purchased from Tan Chong Motor Sales Pte Ltd
("TCMS") or any of our Nissan Authorised Dealers between 8 Oct 2009
and 3 Feb 2010, both dates inclusive, shall qualify for the "Nissan $300,000
Cash Windfall" ("Windfall").

2. The Windfall comprises of 4 draws ("Monthly Draw") and a bonus draw
("Bonus Draw") with the following respective qualifying periods:

Qualifying Periods for Monthly Draw
Draw 1: 8 Oct 2009 to 4 Nov 2009, both dates inclusive
Draw 2: 5 Nov 2009 to 9 Dec 2009, both dates inclusive
Draw 3: 10 Dec 2009 to 6 Jan 2010, both dates inclusive
Draw 4: 7 Jan 2010 to 3 Feb 2010, both dates inclusive

Qualifying Period for Bonus Draw
Bonus Draw: 8 Oct 2009 to 3 Feb 2010, both dates inclusive

3. The prizes for the Windfall ("Prizes") are as follows:
Each Monthly Draw:
a. First Prize: $28,888
b. Second Prize: $18,888
c. Third Prize: $8,888

Bonus Draw:
Bonus Prize: $88,888

4. Qualified customers who purchase any Nissan Vehicle will be entitled to participate in the respective draw under Windfall.

5. The following do not qualify for the Windfall:
• All tender sales;
• All duty-free vehicle purchases;
• Vehicles purchased by organisations or institutions at a special price for purpose of its promotion and/or lucky draw promotions;
• Purchasers defined in Clause 1 above who subsequently cancel and/or terminate the Contract;
• Vehicles purchased by all employees and spouses of employees of Tan Chong International Limited ("Tan Chong") and its subsidiary companies;
• Vehicles purchased and registered under Tan Chong and its subsidiaries;
• Vehicles purchased by all employees and spouses of employees of Nissan Authorised Dealers;
• Vehicles purchased by employees of the advertising and promotion agencies engaged by Tan Chong in relation to the Windfall;
• Any participant whom Tan Chong decides to exclude from time to time in its absolute discretion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason;
The term "employee" shall include directors and partners.

6. The draw will be held at Tan Chong Motor Centre, 911 Bukit Timah Road S(589622) on the following dates:
a. Monthly Draw 1: 17 November 2009, Tuesday at 1600hrs
b. Monthly Draw 2: 16 December 2009, Wednesday at 1600hrs
c. Monthly Draw 3: 19 January 2010, Tuesday at 1600hrs
d. Monthly Draw 4: 11 February 2010, Thursday at 1600hrs
e. Bonus Draw: 11 February 2010, Thursday at 1600hrs

7. The draw will be conducted through a computer system in the presence of representatives from a firm of certified public accountants ("the Accountants").

8. Winners of the respective Monthly Draws are entitled to participate in the Bonus Draw.

9. Results of the Windfall will be published 7 days after each Monthly Draw and Bonus Draw in our official website with address at www.nissan.com.sg for a period of 2 months and in a newspaper.

10. Winners will be notified via phone and post.

11. In the event that any winner is found disqualified or ineligible, Tan Chong reserves the right to draw a substitute winner.

12. The purchased vehicles of the winners must have been registered by 26 March 2010 to be entitled to claim the Prize, failing which, the Prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation.

13. The Prize is not exchangeable, transferrable or refundable

14. Customers shall refund Tan Chong the value of the Prize in the event of cancellation and/or termination of the Contract.

15. Result of the Windfall is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

16. By taking part in the Windfall, participants will deem to have allowed the disclosure of their personal data to and be used by Tan Chong.

17. The winners are obliged to attend any publicity programme, if required by Tan Chong. Expenses and/or costs incurred for such attendance are to be borne by the winners. Tan Chong reserves the right to use the winners' names, photographs, information and/or
documents in advertisements and other forms of publicity from time to time.

18. Tan Chong reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. In the event of any doubt, dispute or lacuna relating to these Rules & Regulations, the decision of the Accountants shall be final and conclusive.
